The password reset feature is an essential tool for maintaining both security and accessibility, allowing employees to continue accessing important resources like the MGM Virtual Roster, Workday, and other internal systems with minimal disruption.

MGM Okta Password Reset Instructions

Follow these instructions to reset your MGM Okta password for your employee account.

Step 1: Visit MGM Resorts Okta Login page. Open the MGM Okta URL (https://mgmresorts.okta.com/) and view on your browser.

Step 2: Click on Unlock Account?. Clicking on “Unlock Account?” will open a new page where you reset your password.

Step 3: Enter Your Employee ID. Your MGM employee ID Number is also your Username, enter it in the space provided as a 2step verification to begin password reset. Don’t remember your Employee ID? click on Forgot Username? to recover it.

Step 4: Select Reset via SMS or Email. You will need to click on “Reset via SMS” or “Reset via Email” in order to get a text message or email message on setting up a new password for your account.

Step 5: Follow The Instructions In The Message. Check your SMS or Email Inbox or Spam Box for the password recovery message sent to you and open the link to create a new password.
